About NeuroPT

Improve the overall condition of your neurological health with the physical therapy treatment at NeuroPT. Our physical therapist-owned outpatient rehabilitation facility in Falls Church, Virginia, helps patients get better through our therapy and Pilates sessions. Our board certified doctors of physical therapy use Pilates are part of treatment sessions to maximize the motor learning and strengthening process. We treat chronic stroke, multiple sclerosis, ALS, traumatic brain injury, and anything neurological. We are considered out of network for most insurance networks except Medicare, and cash payments are expected the day services are rendered.
We are associated with Mary Mount University, George Mason University, and the National Rehabilitation Hospital. Our therapists have been practicing for more than 19 years, and always provide personalized care to every patient. Patients come to our facility because we treat a variety of upper and lower extremity problems, as well as provide home assessment treatment services. Our therapists are all active in the sports world, providing neurological treatment for injured athletes. We are also highly active in the community, participating in many sports activities and outreach programs.
